ChainCatcher news, according to Bloomberg, U.S. prosecutors have stated that former FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF) recently accessed the internet using a virtual private network (VPN) twice.

It is reported that U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan denied approval on February 9 for an agreement negotiated between prosecutors and Bankman-Fried, which required him to stop using applications like Signal and only contact a specific group of former and current FTX employees, while retaining his right to use WhatsApp, iMessage with monitoring technology, as well as make calls via Zoom and FaceTime.
