ChainCatcher news, economist and gold advocate Peter Schiff posted on the X platform that Trump recently expressed interest in purchasing Greenland and even hinted at possibly reclaiming the Panama Canal. These could be negotiation strategies for Trump to buy back at a good price, but if these ideas sound crazy, they are nowhere near as crazy as the United States buying Bitcoin.
