Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev posted on the X platform that his X account was hacked last week. The attacker used social engineering to deceive X customer service, bypassing standard security features such as two-factor authentication and login notifications, and posted false content about meme coins.

The X security team has assisted in removing the related posts and restoring account access, and additional security measures have been implemented for the account.
