Gate has become the first exchange in the industry to offer zero-fee trading for US stocks and ETFs, fully upgrading the stock trading experience

According to official news, Gate's stock trading service has undergone an important upgrade, becoming the industry's first exchange to offer zero fees for trading U.S. stocks and ETFs. After the upgrade, buy and sell orders for eligible U.S. stocks and ETFs will not incur trading fees on the Gate platform, and there will be no minimum trading fees, account opening fees, or account maintenance fees, further reducing the cost for users to participate in the U.S. stock market.

In addition to the platform trading fees, there may be third-party fees related to U.S. market settlement fees, regulatory fees, and ADR custody fees during the trading process. These fees will be executed according to the rules of regulatory agencies, clearing agencies, and custodial banks, and will be borne by users based on actual transaction conditions. Furthermore, after the zero-fee upgrade, U.S. stock trading will no longer count towards the total trading volume for VIPs.
