According to the 8-K document submitted by Strive to the SEC, the company purchased 79 bitcoins at an average price of approximately $63,231 from August 10 to 14, 2026.

As of August 14, Strive held a total of 20,246 bitcoins, along with 505,000 shares of Strategy STRC preferred stock (with a fair value of approximately $47.86 million) and about $154.8 million in cash.
