Citrini may be acquired by SemiAnalysis for an estimated valuation of nearly 100 million USD

Singularity Research posted on X that Citrini has been acquired by SemiAnalysis, with the terms of the deal undisclosed. The agency initially estimated the transaction price to be around 30 million USD, later updating that the actual amount could be close to 100 million USD, but emphasized that there is no insider information, and it is merely speculation.

Citrini was founded in 2023 and has a Substack newsletter and institutional research products, with over 260,000 subscribers. Its annual revenue is estimated to be around 5.9 million USD. Citrini completed a 5.05 million USD SAFE round of financing in December 2025, and if calculated with approximately 20% dilution, the post-money valuation is about 25 million USD.
