Polymarket Vice President of Engineering Josh Stevens tweeted that the team has built an indexing system using the open-source Rust tool rindexer, allowing on-chain events to be visible up to approximately 14 blocks (about 28 seconds) in advance, and completing indexing within 0-10 milliseconds after block broadcasting, approaching real-time.

He stated that transaction, position, and balance refreshes will be faster. Goldsky continues to serve as data backup, and the main path has switched to self-built infrastructure.
