The park is operated by ACS and has signed a 10-year master service agreement with a new cloud service provider in California, initially providing 20 megawatts of critical AI computing capacity. The client has two options for five-year renewals and holds a preferential offer for an additional 32 megawatts of capacity, with a total capacity of up to 52 megawatts.
The company expects the first batch of 10 megawatts of capacity to be powered on in December 2026 and begin generating revenue.
