Rayls investors and team extend RLS vesting, unlocking monthly starting from May 2027

The bank-oriented blockchain project Rayls announced that investors and the team have extended the vesting arrangement for the RLS token. The relevant tokens will be unlocked monthly over four years starting from May 2027, replacing the original unlocking plan scheduled for December 2026.

Rayls stated that combined with the lock-up extension announced by the core developer Parfin in August this year, the two arrangements will reduce the circulating RLS by approximately 1.2 billion by 2027, about 25% less than the original plan. At the same time, over 500 million RLS will still be locked as of December 2026. Rayls claimed that the adjusted unlocking pace is slower and smoother. The project is positioned as on-chain infrastructure serving banks, with investors including ParaFi Capital, Framework, Valor Capital, and Alexia Ventures.
