According to Jinshi reports, Iran had considered attacking a Ukrainian seaport in response to Ukraine's attack on an Iranian vessel, but a series of diplomatic interventions have temporarily eased the situation.

Last Saturday, Ukraine attacked an Iranian commercial cargo ship in the Caspian Sea, resulting in the death of a sailor. Sources expect that Iran will launch a ballistic missile carrying a small warhead at Ukraine, potentially targeting one of Ukraine's Black Sea ports.

After a call with the Ukrainian Foreign Minister, Araghchi stated that the Ukrainian Foreign Minister claimed the attack on the cargo ship was unintentional.
