According to Jinshi reports, as the conflicts in Iran and Ukraine continue to deplete U.S. military weapon stockpiles, the U.S. Department of Defense has committed to paying nearly $100 billion to arms contractors in hopes of accelerating the production of "Patriot" and "THAAD" interceptors. In addition, the Pentagon has ordered 14 nuclear submarines, with a total contract amount of $76.6 billion.On July 29 local time, it was reported that there were changes in the Pentagon's transactions with arms contractors regarding "Patriot" interceptors, with the contract changing from a $4.7 billion one-year contract signed in April this year to a draft agreement totaling $58.6 billion over seven years, while a preliminary agreement for a $35 billion order of "THAAD" interceptors over seven years was also finalized.
