In the European and American stock markets, the German DAX30 Index rose 164.94 points, an increase of 0.65%, at 25,613.7 points; the UK FTSE 100 Index fell 11.52 points, a decrease of 0.11%, at 10,896.89 points; the Dow Jones Index rose 613.92 points, an increase of 1.19%, at 52,208.06 points.
