According to BBX data, the global capital markets revealed the latest developments in direct investment in Bitcoin and the performance of brokerage digital asset businesses yesterday. The core information is as follows:Japan Bitcoin Industry has completed a capital increase of 840 million yen, fully paid in physical Bitcoin: The Web3 infrastructure developer Japan Bitcoin Industry announced the implementation of a third-party share allocation capital increase, successfully issuing shares to two institutions, Fulgur LLC and ANAP Lightning Capital (ALC), raising a total of 840 million yen (approximately 5.07 million USD). Notably, this capital increase will be fully funded in physical Bitcoin, with on-chain delivery expected to be completed on November 2. At the same time, the company signed a basic agreement for cooperation in Lightning Network routing business with ALC, which will use the Bitcoin held by ALC as the underlying liquidity for the company's operational channels. Pump.fun announced on October 28 that it will launch Elysium trading in its app on November 9, adding support for this network focused on Hyperliquid to its multi-chain trading business. Pump.fun posted on its official X account stating "Pumpfun App x @Enter_Elysium," and added "Trading starts November 9," with Kinetiq also announcing Pump.fun's entry into Elysium.Elysium is a Layer 2 built by Kinetiq based on Arbitrum Orbit, with transaction settlements occurring in the Hyperliquid smart contract environment HyperEVM, and network fees paid in HYPE. Its mainnet is scheduled to launch on November 9, 2026, coinciding with Pump.fun's trading start date; the chain will be rolled out in phases, with native HyperCore market data access and fast order submission paths expected to be provided in an upgrade approximately four weeks after the mainnet launch. The announcement only mentioned the Pump.fun app and did not disclose plans to migrate the company's Solana Meme coin issuance platform or its liquidity to Elysium. This plan is independent of another Hyperliquid integration announced earlier on the same day. Pump.fun stated that perpetual contract trading is now live within the app, allowing users to go long or short on cryptocurrencies, stocks, and commodities using USDC balances without cross-chain transactions; the service charges a fee of 0.05% per transaction, reduced to 0.04% with a referral code, plus standard Hyperliquid fees. The Elysium announcement did not specify its funding channels and trading fee terms.

XRP Ledger developers test a zero-balance account creation plan, which is proposed to be funded by the sponsor to cover the 1 XRP reserve requirement

According to CoinDesk, XRP Ledger developers are testing a new feature that aims to allow the creation of blockchain accounts with an initial balance of zero, with existing accounts bearing the reserve required for new accounts, thereby lowering the financial threshold for payment applications and automated software to create wallets on a large scale. This proposal was submitted on October 15 in the form of a SponsoredAccountCreate transaction proposal.According to current XRP Ledger rules, each account must reserve at least 1 XRP as a reserve, meaning that creating 100,000 independent accounts would require locking up 100,000 XRP. The new proposal intends for sponsored accounts to bear this reserve requirement, and a broader fee sponsorship mechanism in the future could also allow applications to pay transaction fees on behalf of users, but the overall reserve requirement for the network will not be eliminated. This feature is expected to lower the usage threshold for scenarios such as embedded wallets, RLUSD stablecoin payments, and AI agent automated payments. However, the related code is still under review, and the sponsorship mechanism it relies on has not yet gone live on the mainnet. As of October 19, the mechanism has only received 11 votes out of the 35 required validator votes, still falling short of the 29 votes needed for approval.
