Tencent launched the Motus AI platform with over 90 game projects integrated

According to an exclusive report from "Du Jia," Tencent Games' Public Technology Line has launched the Motus AI independent platform, focusing on the full chain of 3D character animation. It has integrated over 90 internal and external projects of Tencent and has been applied in multiple games such as "Peacekeeper Elite," "PUBG MOBILE," "Delta Force," "Honor of Kings," "Rock Kingdom," "League of Legends," and "Teamfight Tactics."Motus AI has built a large model matrix that spans the entire production chain of character animation, covering aspects such as skeleton generation, skinning generation, text/video-based motion generation, keyframe interpolation, motion refinement, and real-time intelligent driving. It supports seamless integration into existing production workflows in the form of plugins. The platform includes task management, custom skill packaging, industry terminology understanding, and node-based asset pipelines, positioning itself as an animation production assistant rather than merely a text-to-motion tool. It aims to delegate repetitive tasks such as basic skeleton building, motion pre-generation, and collision checking to AI, allowing animators to focus on refining the quality of performance.Previously, the Motus AI team made its debut at the Gamescom in Cologne, Germany, in August 2026, showcasing the technical practices of end-to-end intelligent pipelines in the field of digital character creation.
